Flenjo Quick Guide

This quick guide will walk you through setting up your business and getting started with Flenjo in just a few steps.

  1. Create Your Account
    • Sign up with your email and password.
    • Verify your email to activate your account.
  2. Create Your Business
    • Enter your business’s name, contact details, Cac Document etc.
    • Wait for a confirmation email.
  3. Set Up Your Menu
    • Go to the Settings section.
    • Add categories for your menu.
    • Navigate to Menu on the sidebar.
    • Add menu items with names, prices, and images.
    • Group items by categories.
  4. Add Your Staff
    • Navigate to Staff Management.
    • Add your waiters and bartenders.
    • Assign departments and create their login credentials.
    • Note: an email address must be unique to every staff and can't be used in any other business.

  5. Generate Table QR Codes
    • Navigate to Settings > Tables section.
    • Add the number of tables you would like to generate.
    • Generate and print the QR code for each table.
    • Place them on physical tables for customers to scan to access your menu.
  6. Update Business Details
    • In Settings, upload your profile image.
    • Confirm your business name, email, and number of staff.
  7. Access Your Dashboard
    • View real-time reports:
      • Customer growth
      • Order history
      • Monthly revenue
    • Track percentage changes and trends.
  • Staff Usage
    • Staff can log in to:
      • View and serve orders
      • Cancel or checkout orders
      • See table statuses
    • Receive instant alerts when:
      • A customer places an order
      • A customer nudges the waiter
  • Customer Experience
    • Customer scans the QR code on their table.
    • They’ll see 3 to 4 options:
      • View Menu & Place Order
      • Nudge Waiter
      • Checkout(only if there’s an existing order for that table)
      • Visit Flenjo Website
